Network Travel is expanding and seeking an experienced Group Travel Specialist to join our growing team.

Based in Alberta and serving clients across Western Canada, Network Travel specializes in hosted African safaris, destination weddings, luxury cruises, corporate incentives, and curated group travel experiences. We design seamless, personalized journeys for discerning clients and are building a team of experienced travel professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment.

This opportunity is suited for a motivated professional with strong industry knowledge, sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences while growing long-term client relationships.

The Role

• Lead consultative sales conversations and manage client relationships
• Design and present customized proposals for destination weddings, corporate incentives, conferences, sports, and specialty groups
• Manage domestic and international group bookings from planning through completion
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships
• Identify new market opportunities to support business growth
• Collaborate with marketing to expand brand awareness and client engagement
• Achieve established personal sales and revenue goals
• Represent Network Travel with professionalism and integrity
   

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of group travel consulting experience
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills
• International booking expertise required
• Experience escorting groups and managing on-site logistics preferred
• Proficiency in Sabre (preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic industry environment
